UNIT: GASTROENTEROLOGY
CLINICAL INTERVIEW
Experience Required: 1.5 years RN/LPN experience; previous GI/Endoscopy. EPIC Experience required. Will accept first time traveler. Excellent communication and care coordination skills, excellent customer service skills, organization skills, comfortability caring for patients in the clinic which would include but is not limited to taking vitals, rooming documentation, education, scheduling, and assisting providers with exams.

Certs Required: BLS

Patient Types: Gastroenterology procedure scheduling and triaging of referrals/phone-based encounters, My Chart inquiries
Patients needing scheduled and Educated on GI procedures (Upper and Lower Endoscopies). RN will assist in caring for patients in the clinic up to 5 days of the week depending on provider's availability. Caring for patients in the clinic could include taking vitals, rooming documentation, education, scheduling, and assisting providers with exams.
