LPN Position for Home Care

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with 2+ years of experience in home care. The ideal candidate must be proficient in wound care and able to provide quality nursing services to patients in their homes.

Responsibilities

Perform wound care and assessments for patients in the home setting.
Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
Provide support with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans.
Document all patient interactions and care provided accurately.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Valid LPN license.
2+ years of experience in home care preferred.
Proficiency in wound care is a must.

Schedule

This position offers a full-time schedule with shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Location

The coverage area includes the 19104 and 19139 zip codes.

Assignment Duration

This is a long-term contract position, extending for approximately 87 weeks.
