Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and solving problems? igus is looking for a Customer Service Representative who enjoys building relationships, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and ensuring customers receive outstanding support from order placement through delivery.

In this role, you'll serve as a key point of contact for our customers, processing orders, answering questions, resolving concerns, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and other communication channels. 
• Process customer orders, returns, and order changes accurately and efficiently. 
• Respond to inquiries regarding products, pricing, order status, shipping information, and account questions. 
• Resolve customer concerns by coordinating with the appropriate internal departments. 
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within company systems. 
• Answer and route incoming calls and provide switchboard coverage as needed. 
• Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support the Customer Service team. 
• Assist with additional responsibilities as assigned. 

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in an office, manufacturing, distribution, or similar environment. 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
• Experience using Salesforce CRM or other customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office. 
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. 
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset. 
• Professional, dependable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
