Pediatrics Opening | Auburn, New York Position Overview: Provide high-quality, patient-focused care in an outpatient setting. This role involves diagnosing and treating a variety of medical conditions, promoting preventive health, and working collaboratively with a healthcare team to support the well-being of the community. General Responsibilities:

Clinical Responsibilities: \n
• Delivers comprehensive healthcare services within their medical specialty, ensuring a patient-centered approach.
\n
• Maintains and enhances clinical quality by adhering to the quality standards and participating in improvement initiatives.
\n
• Complies with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, including standards set by The Joint Commission.
\n
• Utilizes evidence-based and approved practices within their specialty to deliver high-quality care.
\n
• Participates in shared on-call coverage, including routine, urgent, and emergency care across assigned locations.
\n
• If board eligible, actively pursues and maintains board certification in a timely manner.
\n
• Accepts additional clinical or administrative responsibilities as mutually agreed upon with the Medical Director.
Certifications: \n
• ATLS

• BLS
\n
• ACLS
\n
• PALS
Qualifications: \n
• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
\n
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in applicable specialty
\n
• Licensed to practice medicine in the State of New York
\n
• Proficient in using electronic medical records and standard clinical tools.
\n
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
