Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN SICU - Surgical Intensive Care for a travel nursing job in Hartford, Connecticut. Candidates without open heart surgery experience may be considered if they possess a solid critical care foundation. Valid state licensing and certification as required. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in surgical intensive care units, proficiency with electronic medical records, and familiarity with post-operative patient management. Additional Information: The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing postoperative surgical patients, ensuring adherence to unit protocols, and collaborating with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes. Candidates should be prepared to work overnight shifts and accommodate the assigned schedule throughout the duration of the assignment.
