Maintenance Technician

Our client, a leading organization dedicated to serving senior citizens, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be an essential part of the property management team supporting daily maintenance operations. Job Title: Maintenance Technician Location: Oakland, CA Pay Range: $24.00/hr Shift: 8am - 4pm, Monday through Friday What's the Job? Oversee and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the safety and functionality of assigned properties. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and unplanned events, demonstrating resourcefulness and efficiency. Work collaboratively with team members to maintain indoor and outdoor environments. Assist in safety inspections and ensure compliance with property standards. Support the overall goal of providing a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for residents. What's Needed?
