As a Bilingual Italian Data Entry Specialist, you will be part of the administrative support team supporting consular and operational activities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Bilingual Italian Data Entry Specialist Pay Range: $25.00 What's the Job? Enter, update, verify, and maintain data in consular databases and information systems. Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures. Process applications, records, and administrative documentation in a timely and confidential manner. Translate and verify information between Italian and English as needed. Assist with document management, digital filing, record retention, and data organization. What's Needed? Fluency in both Italian and English (written and verbal). Strong data entry, administrative, and organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
