This opportunity is designed for individuals who want to build valuable client-service and sales experience while developing the skills needed to progress into  training, mentorship, team leadership, and management opportunities .

You'll begin by learning the business from the ground up—working directly with clients, understanding their needs, and helping families evaluate available insurance benefits. As you demonstrate consistency and results, you'll have opportunities to take on additional leadership responsibilities.

No prior insurance or management experience is required.  We provide structured training, licensing guidance, mentorship, and ongoing leadership development.

Your Leadership Journey

PHASE 1 — Learn the Business & Serve Clients

Great leaders understand the work they're coaching others to perform.

You'll receive hands-on training while working directly with individuals and families through scheduled virtual appointments.

You'll learn how to:

• Conduct professional Zoom and phone consultations

• Connect with clients seeking information about available benefits

• Identify individual and family protection needs

• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options

• Conduct needs-based benefit reviews

• Recommend appropriate coverage solutions

• Guide clients through applications and enrollment

• Build long-term client relationships

• Provide ongoing policy and client support

• Maintain accurate documentation

• Follow company procedures and applicable state requirements

PHASE 2 — Develop Your Leadership Skills

As you demonstrate proficiency, consistency, and performance, you'll begin developing the skills necessary to lead others.

Leadership development may include:

• Communication and presentation training

• Goal-setting and accountability systems

• Performance-management fundamentals

• Mentoring newly licensed representatives

• Assisting with onboarding and development

• Supporting virtual training sessions

• Helping representatives strengthen client-service skills

• Coaching communication and presentation techniques

• Recognizing achievements and identifying development opportunities

This stage allows you to begin transitioning from  individual performance to team development.

PHASE 4 — Advance Into Leadership

Successful trainees may qualify for additional leadership and management opportunities based on demonstrated results.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:
