Travel RN – Home Health/Hospice

Specialty: Home Health / Hospice RN
⏰ Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Weekends: Some weekend coverage required
Call: Limited/emergency basis

Requirements

• OASIS experience REQUIRED
• Home Health & Hospice experience REQUIRED
• Experience traveling between patient homes for visits
• Ability to manage and adapt to changing schedules
• Valid driver’s license in good standing
• BLS certification required
• Experience with HealthWyse (Careficient) EMR preferred
• Outpatient care experience
