Future Opening: Center Administrator

Job Summary To manage operations for an urgent care clinic, including managing all non‑physician clinic staff, ensuring quality patient care, maintaining the clinic building and supplies, and ensuring accurate charges for each patient. This position works directly with a franchised business location; specific job duties and benefits may vary between franchises. Benefits 401(k) Bonus based on performance Competitive salary Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Compensation $22.00 - $26.00 per hour Responsibilities Recruit, hire, and onboard staff for roles such as front office medical receptionist, medical assistant, x‑ray technician, and other positions. Supervise, evaluate, and execute performance evaluations of non‑provider staff. Partner with the Medical Director to ensure medical care follows physician instructions and upholds high‑quality standards. Ensure staff comply with company policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations. Lead and organize staff meetings, daily huddles, and in‑service programs. Spearhead resolution of patient and staff concerns while monitoring patient satisfaction through various tools. Ensure compliance with front office procedures and accuracy of financial transactions. Maintain and clean the facility, ensuring adequate stock of medical and janitorial supplies. Monitor key performance indicators and implement continual improvement programs. Participate in and execute a local marketing plan to increase community awareness and attract new patients. Research, plan, and represent the clinic at local community events, health fairs, and partnerships to build brand presence. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of two years experience in a supervisory role in a medical office preferred. Demonstrated written, verbal, and consultative communication skills. Ability to deliver high levels of customer service and achieve customer satisfaction. Understanding of compliance and regulatory guidelines.
