With more than $100M in career sales personally, and over $1B as a team. Sarah brings market expertise, a photographer’s eye, and a hands‑on approach to representing buyers, sellers, and developers. The Opportunity We’re looking for a licensed NYC real estate agent to work closely with Sarah on active listings, showings, client relationships, and transactions from first inquiry through closing. This role is for someone who wants consistent collaboration, meaningful responsibility, and room to grow. You’ll learn how properties are positioned, how deals are negotiated, and how a luxury real estate business operates day to day, while taking ownership of the details that keep everything moving. The position is full‑time with a consistent weekly commitment. Hybrid means a mix of in-person collaboration, property visits, and remote follow-up. Regular availability in Manhattan and Brooklyn is essential, including a dependable half or full day on weekends. What You’ll Do Conduct prepared, informed showings and open houses across Manhattan and Brooklyn. Work alongside Sarah on sales, rentals, and new development listings. Follow up with inquiries, qualify prospective clients, and keep conversations moving toward a clear next step. Coordinate appointments, property access, applications, board packages, and transaction deadlines. Keep CRM records, showing feedback, and client updates accurate and current. Research comparable properties, competing listings, and neighborhood activity. Contribute thoughtful input on listing presentation, marketing, and positioning. Build relationships with clients, co-brokers, building staff, and other transaction partners. Communicate proactively, flag issues early, and follow through without repeated reminders. What We’re Looking For Hands‑on NYC transaction experience, with the ability to explain your role in the deals you’ve worked on. Consistent weekday availability and reliable weekend coverage. Strong client communication, sound judgment, and close attention to detail. Someone who enjoys both client-facing work and the coordination required to get a transaction closed. Initiative, organization, and a willingness to learn Sarah’s standards and processes. Comfort using CRM systems, spreadsheets, digital marketing tools, and transaction platforms. A genuine interest in luxury real estate, new development, and building lasting client relationships. Experience with NYC co‑ops, condos, board packages, and new development is especially valuable. What You’ll Gain Direct collaboration with Sarah, training in her approach to client service and transactions, and practical exposure to active listings, luxury positioning, and new development sales within SERHANT. Compensation This is a commission‑only role, with no base salary or hourly pay.
