Position: Guard
Location: Taylor Regional Hospital, Kentucky
Schedule: Part time position (Evenings and Nights)
✱weekend rotations required✱


What You'll Do:


• Responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors and staff.
• Establish a security presence by patrolling hospitals, buildings, grounds and associated area to deter criminal activity, document activities and contact appropriate law enforcement when necessary.
• Monitors security, fire and environmental alarms.
• Responds to and resolves problems, disputes and unusual circumstances as necessary.
• Follows HIPAA compliance.
• Provides customer service to patients, families, visitors and staff to maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Document incidents on appropriate reports as required.
• Operates TRH vehicle in accordance with KY vehicle code.
• Assists with patient transfers.
• Completes all mandatory education and training requirements.


What We're Looking For:


➤ High School Diploma or equivalent
➤ Valid KY driver's license
➤ At least one year experience in safety, security, law enforcement or related field.
➤ Must be familiarized w/ computer to complete reports
