Mobile Associate, Bilingual Spanish - Retail Sales

Job Overview Mobile Associates (MA) work as a member of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They are brand ambassadors who build energy and excitement around products and services and work in a fast‑paced environment where technology, customer needs, and the retail experience are continuously evolving. The role is a learning position that prepares associates for advancement to Mobile Expert through new‑employee training and skill development. Job Responsibilities Build proficiency in serving and selling to customers, providing a world‑class customer experience and building loyalty by helping customers continue their shopping journey, exploring individual needs, offering hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology, and side‑by‑side selling to find personalized solutions. Use digital tools in interactions and onboarding, demonstrating network coverage, explaining how T‑Mobile plans allow unlimited use and connectivity, completing training on in‑store experience and new processes, and learning about wireless innovations. Establish relationships with T‑Mobile employees across channels, collectively owning the customer experience, resolving issues, identifying and handing off small business leads, and supporting team initiatives to create an inclusive environment. Education High School Diploma or GED (Required) Work Experience Six months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred (Required) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Passionate customer advocate who enjoys connecting and having fun (Required) Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment (Required) Willingness to collaborate with peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and resolving issues Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals (Required) Licenses and Certifications Minimum age of 18 years Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel Travel Required: No DOT Regulated DOT Regulated Position: No Safety Sensitive Position: No Compensation Hourly Base Pay: $18.00, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. Within the first 90 days, Mobile Associates receive on‑the‑job training and are eligible for hourly training pay. Upon completion, associates promote to Mobile Expert and become eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000 per year.
