Job Overview Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They look after the cleanliness of the store—from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area—and they maintain a clean and safe environment. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of the store, including parking areas, restrooms, and receiving area. Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for customers and coworkers. Compensation & Benefits Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
