Smart Source Associate (Data Entry Clerk)

Midway Staffing is hiring detail-oriented Smart Source Associates for a large-scale records management project in Santa Ana, CA. This position involves reviewing, indexing, and processing electronic records while maintaining strict quality and confidentiality standards. Candidates must be comfortable working with high volumes of information in a fast-paced production environment.

Planned Start Date: July 2026

Location: Santa Ana, CA

Schedule:
Monday – Friday
6:00 PM – 2:30 AM

Pay Rate: $25.00/hr
Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

Duties:
Review and process medical and business records
Enter document information into company databases
Index and categorize electronic files
Verify data accuracy and completeness
Perform document sorting and quality checks
Identify missing, duplicate, or incomplete information
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive records
Meet productivity goals of approximately 200–400 actions per hour
Follow established procedures and quality standards

Requirements:
Previous data entry, administrative, records management, or clerical experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer skills and ability to learn proprietary software
Ability to work independently and meet productivity expectations
Comfortable handling confidential information
Reliable attendance and punctuality required
Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
