Job Full Description Production Assistant - Full Time - 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (M-F) Location: Shawnee, OK Company: Express Employment Professionals - Shawnee Express Employment Professionals is seeking a detail-oriented Production Assistant with strong SAP knowledge and a manufacturing background. This role supports production operations by creating, maintaining, and processing manufacturing documentation while ensuring accuracy, organization, and compliance with company standards. Key Responsibilities Create, print, assemble, and file shop packets Close and cancel manufacturing orders as directed Maintain manual log books for manual manufacturing orders Reprint shop packets and print issue/receipt tickets as needed Enter manufacturing orders into MAPICS Make temporary changes to bills of materials and routings as directed by Engineering Assign and check work of other clerks Sustain 6S standards throughout production areas Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / OSHAS 18801 requirements Perform additional duties as assigned Maintain a safe and organized work environment Required Skills & Abilities Strong knowledge and experience with SAP Proficiency in Microsoft Office or related software Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to work accurately with numbers, letters, and detailed documentation Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Education & Experience High school diploma preferred Minimum 2 years clerical experience in a manufacturing or similar environment Working Conditions / Physical Requirements Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM Must be dependable with consistent attendance Ability to work in an open plant environment with noise, dust, and oily/greasy materials Must be able to sit and work at a computer for extended periods Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Frequent movement through production areas, including stairs Ability to assemble/disassemble shop packets for extended periods Clear communication over the phone required Shawnee, OK 1903 3905 North Harrison Shawnee, OK 74801 Express Employment Professionals Defunct
