What You'll Bring Reliable-Shows up Ready to Work Experience in sales, preferred in a dealership Enthusiasm while guiding customers through the sales process Customer and sales focused Knowledgeable on products, features, and industry Passion for automotive sales and seeking career growth Positive attitude and professional appearance Valid driver's license and clean driving record Responsibilities Greet customers and assist them with vehicle inquiries Learn and maintain knowledge of our vehicle lineup Shadow senior sales staff and participate in ongoing training Guide customers through the buying process with professionalism and enthusiasm Maintain CRM records and follow-up with potential buyers Compensation and Benefits The annual earning potential for this role is $60k-$80k which includes commission on individual payable gross, bonuses on individual units sold, and manufacturer approvability. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation. Actual pay offered will be based on skills, qualifications and experience, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
