What we’re looking for:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting is strongly preferred
• Understanding of best practices and interventions for school-aged children
• Ability to assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage a multi-site caseload
• Strong communication abilities, both with students and multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment

Key responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students, implementing individualized educational plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student participation and success
• Conduct assessments and document progress, maintaining accurate and timely records
• Travel between assigned school sites as part of your weekly schedule
• Educate staff and families on strategies that support student achievement
• Attend meetings and contribute to the school community through professional input
