Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days and Nights Available | 12-Hour Shifts

Key Responsibilities

Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis

Supervise staff to whom appropriate care has been delegated

Ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care is delivered consistently

Support clinical competency of unit staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care

Operate within a stroke-certified hospital environment, adhering to applicable care protocols and standards

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing

Experience in Med/Surg nursing

Ability to work 12-hour shifts (days or nights)

Strong clinical assessment and patient care planning skills

Ability to supervise and delegate care to appropriate clinical staff

Preferred Experience / Skills

Telemetry experience strongly preferred

Experience working in a stroke-certified hospital setting

Familiarity with resource management and unit-level accountability
