Working At FreudenbergWorking at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!Responsibilities- Work with Supply Chain Manager and HSE Manager to ensure a safe work environment. - Train associates (production and warehouse) in cycle count process and inventory transactions. - Audit outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and identify potential discrepancies. - Problem solve root cause of inventory errors. - Participate actively in preparation for inventories and active participation during inventory. - Ensure 5S throughout warehouseQualificationsHigh School Diploma, Technical Training, or an equivalent degreeStrong commitment and adaptabilityWillingness and capability to work various shiftsAbility to handle the physical demands of the roleAdaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environmentFlexibility to work different shifts, currently from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm, involving sitting, standing, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbsWage is $17.80 per hour; plus $0.50 per hour shift differential.Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues.
