Schedule: 1st & 2nd Shift | MondayFriday | Day & Evening hours

About the Opportunity

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Associates for a manufacturing company in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. In this role, youll help produce quality products in a clean, organized production environment while working alongside a supportive team. If you enjoy hands-on work, a steady schedule, and reliable weekly pay, this could be a great fit. Read below for more information!

What Youll Do as a Production Associate:

Operate basic production or packaging equipment
Assemble, inspect, or package products according to work instructions
Monitor product quality and report defects or issues
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Follow safety, quality, and production guidelines

What You Need to Bring to the Production Associate Role:

Ability to stand for an 810 hour shift
Ability to lift up to 4050 pounds regularly
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required
Ability to read and follow basic work instructions in English
Reliable transportation to Brooklyn Park, MN
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and/or drug screen, if required
Entry-level candidates welcome no experience required
