The Surgical Services Supervisor will oversee operations within a specialized perioperative department featuring 1 operating room that supports a variety of surgical procedures. This close-knit surgical environment allows the OR Clinical Supervisor to play an active role in patient care coordination, surgical flow, and operational efficiency. Reporting directly to the OR Manager, the Operating Room Supervisor will support a dedicated team of approximately 4 FTEs including perioperative nurses and surgical staff.
