Electrical Project ManagerPosition OverviewA strong electrical contractor is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead electrical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate has strong construction and electrical expertise, delivers projects on schedule and on budget, ensures code compliance and quality, and maintains excellent client and subcontractor relationships. This role supports projects across commercial and institutional markets including healthcare, K-12 and higher education, and multifamily developments, and frequently coordinates low voltage, lighting, power, and telecommunication systems.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage electrical construction projects from pre-construction, through execution, to closeout while maintaining schedule, budget and quality targets.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, cash flow forecasts and progress reports; proactively identify and mitigate risks to cost or schedule.Prepare, review and manage estimates, budgets, change orders and billing in coordination with estimating and accounting teams.Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors and internal trades, including scope clarification, procurement, scheduling and performance monitoring.Ensure projects comply with electrical codes, safety regulations and owner/agency requirements; coordinate inspections and address punch-list items until closeout.Review and interpret electrical drawings, specifications and contract documents; resolve design and constructability issues in coordination with engineering and design teams.Serve as primary point of contact for clients, owners, architects, engineers and stakeholders; conduct regular progress meetings and provide clear project communication.Maintain accurate project documentation and records using project management and accounting systems; prepare regular reports for leadership and clients.QualificationsRequired: 5+ years of hands-on electrical construction or project management experience with proven success delivering commercial or institutional projects.Experience with low voltage systems and telecommunication infrastructure preferred.Familiarity with project management software such as Procore is highly desirableKnowledge of applicable electrical codes, standards and permitting processes; experience in healthcare, school or multifamily construction environments is a plus.Preferred: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or related field, or equivalent industry experience; professional licenses or certifications (e.g., Journeyman/Master Electrician, PMP) are advantageous.Benefits " Full health insurance " IRA with company match " PTO
