Shift/Schedule – Full Time Nights 3/12 hr. shifts 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM. Requirement: Min of 1 yr. Acute Care, Med Surg hospital RN experience. Patient Population: Majority of our patients are medical, and we have a mixture of medical and surgical oncology patients and occasionally administer IV chemotherapy. Patient Ratios 1:4 Number of Beds 16 Department Specifics We are Commission on Cancer recognized hospital and a Sammons Cancer Center, which means that we provide a variety of care for patients that include the availability of Nurse Navigators, Child Life Specialists as well as a fully staffed Supportive and Palliative Care Team. In addition, we strive to get all our nurses' chemotherapy certified within the first 6 months of being an employee. Acute Care, Med Surg hospital RN experience Specialized field of study should be nursing. RN license. Must have BLS certification or get it within 30 days of starting in this role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
