POSITION SUMMARY:
Stay Dog Rentals is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team in Arcadia, MI, needing only Sunday availability.
The ideal candidate will be hands-on, practical, and adaptable, able to tackle a variety of cleaning tasks with efficiency and precision. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of our rental properties, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform cleaning duties of properties such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning living areas, bathroom cleaning, etc
- Empty trash receptacles, replace liners, clean windows, and maintain common area cleanliness.
- Stock and perform staging duties as needed
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the Property Manager
- Adhere to established cleaning and safety procedures
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
- Follow established cleaning procedures and checklists
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior housekeeping experience is preferred - but we are willing to train
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
- A team player with strong attention to detail
- Able to work in fast-paced environments.
- Effective communication and listening skills.
- Must have reliable transportation.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Rate: $15.00 - $17.00
