Bilingual Recruiting Assistant (English/Spanish) Hours: Mon.-Fri. 8am-5pm Pay: $20-$22/hr Location: East Hanover, NJ About Us: PrideStaff is a national staffing service founded in 1978 with over 80 locations nationwide. Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Recruiting Assistant to join our office team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our recruitment efforts by effectively communicating with candidates and assisting in the hiring process. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and have a strong passion for connecting with people. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Conduct initial phone screenings with candidates. Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate interactions in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements. Help coordinate and organize recruitment events and job fairs. Build relationships with diverse communities to attract a wide range of candidates. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Qualifications: Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS systems is preferred. An understanding of diversity and inclusion principles in the workplace is a plus. Why Join Us?
