Requirements – What You’ll Need to Succeed as a Bay Host Positive attitude and enthusiasm. Strong teamwork mindset (“Teamwork makes the dream work”). Player focus – obsess over delivering the best experience. Ability to stay calm and efficient in high‑volume settings. Experience serving food and beverages in a hospitality or entertainment setting. Responsibilities – What You’ll Do in the Role Welcome Players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm, explaining Topgolf’s offerings and setting the stage for a memorable visit. Recommend food, beverage, and gaming options tailored to each Player, using suggestive selling to drive sales. Take orders quickly and accurately, maintain Bay cleanliness, clear tables, restock drinks, and provide a welcoming space. Maintain strong teamwork presence, collaborate with fellow Playmakers, set up bays, and resolve concerns with a smile. Adhere to safety and sanitation standards, ensuring a safe experience for all. Live Topgolf’s core values—Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring—daily. Physical Requirements Lift and move items up to 50 lb.; comfortable with bending, stooping, and carrying. Stand on feet for the majority of the shift, walking frequently. Engage in varied physical tasks consistently. Maintain endurance in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Legal Requirement This role requires that you be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law. Compensation Minimum $16.90 – Maximum $16.90 hourly. Tip eligible for certain positions.
