Account Manager- Commercial Landscape Maintenance

Job Summary The Commercial Landscape Maintenance Account Manager plays a pivotal role in managing and coordinating multiple business activities, schedules, and meetings within our Commercial Landscape Maintenance Division. This position is responsible for supervising sales, managing a book of business, and maintaining client relationships across the South Seattle area. Daily engagement with internal and external customers is essential to ensure service excellence and account growth. Responsibilities and Duties Collaborate closely with the Maintenance Division Manager and other management staff. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective written and verbal communication. Analyze cost reports and budget variances to ensure financial health of client accounts. Communicate clearly with management and production teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service. Demonstrate leadership by fostering team morale and recognizing employee achievements. Promote professional development opportunities for team members. Uphold and encourage adherence to company policies and safety standards. Qualifications and Skills Energetic self-starter with a proactive approach. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management capabilities. Skilled in delivering persuasive sales presentations (written and verbal). Detail-oriented with expertise in estimating and bid preparation. Sales-driven and profit-focused—committed to cost reduction, efficiency, and margin improvement. Technically proficient in Landscape Maintenance Management. Must hold a valid driver’s license and maintain an insurable driving record per company standards. Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check .
