Hospice RN Case Manager — Home-Based Care

Regency SouthernCare Hospice is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse for PRN/Flex Hospice RN roles. You will lead direct patient care in home or community settings, perform assessments, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop personalized plans of care. Ideal candidates have 1+ year RN experience, hospice or palliative care exposure preferred, and a valid driver’s license with insurance.
