Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent resident care, maintaining their dignity, comfort, and well-being
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and activities
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination
• Participate in team-building activities and contribute to a positive, supportive work environment

Requirements:

• Certified and in good standing in Texas
• Reliable, compassionate, and team-focused
• Committed to providing excellent resident care
• Good communicator with residents, families, and coworkers
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
