Responsibilities
- Provide circulating and/or scrub RN support for surgical procedures, ensuring sterile technique and proper instrument handling.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia care providers, and the nursing team to deliver safe, efficient patient care.
- Monitor patient status intraoperatively, respond to changes, and communicate status and needs to the team.
- Manage room setup, equipment, implants, and supplies; perform counts of sponges, needles, and instruments.
- Document intraoperative events and ensure accurate handoffs to post-anesthesia care.

Requirements
- MA state RN license in hand at time of submission; conditional license accepted
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
- Minimum experience: 1 year in the Operating Room
- Ability to work in an OR setting; 40 hours per week; on-call responsibilities
- COVID-19 vaccine + booster required (no exemptions); booster must be current
