Responsibilities

• Assist in determination of parts requirements with customers, selling parts and providing order processing services.
• Knowledge of all parts systems, features and benefits for parts commodities sold
• Strong working knowledge of computer systems used within the parts department
• Maintain a clean and "friendly" in-store display and merchandise sales area
• Present merchandise to customers with professional selling techniques
• Operate as a facilitator for customers in finding what they want
• Maintains excellent customer relations at all times
• Operate within all parts policies and procedures of the company

Qualifications

• Personable, a problem solver, a leader of people, ethical, intelligent, and able to adapt to all elements around you including - customers, suppliers, department employees, management and peers.
• Strong organizational skills, good communication skills, excellent customer relations skills, good computer and systems knowledge
• Spanish fluency valued!
• Confirmed knowledge of sales techniques, methodologies and inventory management knowledge
• Deep understanding of financial reporting principles
• Product knowledge including features and benefits knowledge of all commodities sold
• Working knowledge of warehouse storage systems and storage layout principles
