Studio Coordinator

We are seeking a warm and personable Studio Coordinator for a part-time, on-site position. This is a front desk role focused on greeting and checking in clients, answering phone calls and emails, scheduling sessions and managing client accounts and bookings in our scheduling system. As a studio, we aim to maintain a welcoming and organized environment for our clients and instructors. Your day-to-day tasks will involve processing payments, assisting with package or retail sales, making schedule changes at a client's request, and generally providing a smooth and positive client experience. What we're looking for Warm, reliable customer service instincts Ability to communicate well with a variety of personalities Basic sales skills and the ability to assist clients with purchase decisions Natural aptitude for following documentation and scripts precisely Prior experience with WellnessLiving strongly preferred Punctual and able to work independently during a shift Interest in wellness and mindful exercise Exceptional attention to detail Availability during peak studio hours This position is shared by one or two other Coordinators, allowing us to cover the desk during all studio hours. An evening or weekend shift will be required for this role.
