We're currently looking for an Electronics Restoration Technician to join our hands-on team. You'll be the first set of eyes on the goods that come through our doors, playing a critical role in evaluating what can be saved and cataloging every piece with precision. Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and test recovered electronics and appliances to determine their condition
• Document inventory findings accurately in our tracking system to support seamless project management
• Perform basic diagnostic procedures to assess functionality and identify specific defects or damage
• Organize items within the warehouse to maintain a safe, efficient, and accessible workspace
• Coordinate with the restoration team to flag items as repairable versus needing recycling or disposal
• Keep your workspace tidy and contribute to a positive, team-first atmosphere
• Previous experience in restoration, warehouse operations, appliance repair, or electronics testing is helpful but not required

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical aptitude with an interest in electronics or home appliance repair
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and navigate a warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail for accurate inventory logging
• Comfort using handheld scanners and inventory management software
