SOC Analyst

Working remotely, the full-time SOC Analyst will manage enterprise security monitoring, alert investigation, and incident response activities to identify potential threats and suspicious activity within the organization. Key responsibilities Monitor enterprise security telemetry and alerts to identify potential threats or suspicious activity Conduct investigations of security alerts to determine legitimacy and potential impact on enterprise systems Support investigation and response activities during confirmed or suspected cybersecurity incidents Required qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years of cybersecurity experience in security operations or incident response environments Experience with enterprise security tools such as SIEM platforms and endpoint detection and response (EDR) Ability to analyze security alerts, logs, and telemetry for potential malicious activity Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks like NIST Cybersecurity Framework or CIS Critical Security Controls Willingness to obtain a US Security Clearance
