With the launch of their new, state-of-the-art practices, they are seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their new practice in Colorado Springs, CO. The practice focuses on delivering high-quality, personalized care in a modern facility designed by veterinarians. Working Hours / Rota The practice operates Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. This can be a full- or part-time position with a combination of 10-hour shifts during the week and rotating Saturdays. When a veterinarian works on a Saturday, they will only work three weekdays that week, ensuring work-life balance and consistent downtime. Appointment lengths vary depending on case type, allowing doctors the time needed to deliver thoughtful, individualized care. Role Description and Responsibilities The Associate Veterinarian will provide exceptional medical, surgical, and diagnostic care. This role combines hands-on patient care with leadership responsibilities, including setting clinical standards, developing team members, and ensuring efficient, compassionate service for every patient and client. The average caseload includes a balanced mix of wellness, urgent care, and surgical cases. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of veterinarian experience and be confident performing basic soft-tissue surgeries and dental procedures. Mentorship opportunities are available for continued professional growth. Practice Details The practice offers a full range of services, including preventive care, diagnostics, urgent and same-day care, and general surgery. Each practice is equipped with modern diagnostic and surgical equipment and supported by purpose-built technology designed to streamline operations and enhance communication. Team The Colorado Springs practice will open with a fully supported staff with licensed veterinary technicians and client service professionals.
