(USA) Operations Manager

Position Summary Initiates and directs community outreach programs, promotes responsibility and safety, and conducts performance management and customer service initiatives for associates and stores. Responsibilities Encourage and support associates and managers in community engagement and corporate sponsorship. Maintain compliance with company policies and procedural standards for safety, asset protection, and quality assurance. Supervise hourly associates: hire, train, mentor, assign duties, evaluate performance, and provide recognition. Model exceptional customer service and execute the One Best Way service model. Assist store manager in financial performance, analyzing PL statements, and developing corrective action plans. Coordinate job‑related activities and build relationships with stakeholders. Promote a culture of belonging, ethics, and integrity throughout the organization. Minimum Qualifications 2 years of college OR 1 year of retail experience with 1 year supervisory experience OR 2 years of general work experience with 1 year supervisory experience. Completion of required job‑training and assessments. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership; experience supervising 5+ direct reports with responsibilities of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing. Compensation Annual salary range: $71,000.00 – $80,000.00. Additional compensation includes performance bonuses, regional pay zone, and complex structure incentives.
