You will:Deliver an exceptional experience for every customerCoach, motivate and develop team members while recognizing great performanceHelp set, communicate and achieve store sales goalsSupport daily store operations, including opening and closing responsibilitiesMaintain a clean, organized, well-stocked and welcoming storeAssist with merchandising, inventory and operational standardsHelp control expenses and follow Loss Prevention proceduresIdentify business opportunities and partner with the Store Manager to solve problemsBuild relationships with local customers and key accountsMake bank deposits and occasionally travel locally for business needsSupport occasional off-site "pop-up" stores at client hospitals or officesWhat We're Looking ForYou'll be a great fit if you are:A confident leader who enjoys coaching and motivating othersCustomer-focused with strong communication skillsSales-minded and motivated by achieving goalsOrganized, dependable and comfortable juggling multiple prioritiesProactive and able to solve problems without waiting to be askedComfortable learning and using retail POS and computer systemsAvailable to work a flexible retail schedule, including opening and closing shiftsAble to travel locally as needed, with a valid driver's license and active auto insuranceHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent.Must pass assessment test.Retail leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.Physical RequirementsThis is an active retail role. Team members must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, reach and handle merchandise, bend or kneel as needed, and lift, push or pull up to 40 pounds.
