Electronics Assembler & Tester

Position Summary This position is responsible for small parts assembly, testing, and packaging of all OPUS-IVS electronic products in a manner that meets internal and customer quality and delivery expectations. Responsibilities Adhere to all company policies and standards Embrace and practice workplace organization Practice safe operation of hand tools and test equipment Responsible for product manufacture / final assembly, testing and packaging Meet internal and customer quality and delivery expectations Other duties as assigned Qualifications High School or GED Experience with safe operation of power hand tools Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude Ability to accept and adapt to change in a positive manner Preferred Qualifications Associate Degree or Vocational Certification in electronic technology Experience with build-in-station quality practices a plus Soldering experience a plus Experience with ESD-controlled manufacturing a plus Experience with Lean Manufacturing What We Offer Competitive Pay: We know your value and we’re not afraid to pay for it.
