About the Position

Job Title: Respiratory Therapist Profession: Respiratory Therapist Specialty: Respiratory Therapy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Variable Hours per Shift: 36 hours Experience: 2+ years as a Respiratory Therapist License: RRT preferred; CRT with extensive experience considered Certifications: BLS; NRP required for NICU/PICU/Peds; PALS preferred Must-Have: Critical care experience including airway and ventilator management, ABG puncture and analysis, non-invasive ventilation, code blue and rapid response experience, inhaled medication administration. Description: This position requires a start on October 20. Interviews will be simplified for candidates. Candidates must be comfortable working with adult patients. Critical care-focused and protocol-driven respiratory therapy team. Experience is needed with oscillators and various ventilators. Travelers will be expected to float to other trained units as needed. Weekend rotation is required every other weekend. Voluntary call may be assigned with specific notice before and after shifts. Holiday assignments will be at management's discretion. Scrubs may be any professional color or pattern.
