RN Supervisor

The Clinical Nursing Supervisor is a key administrative and support role in Patient Care Services. This position provides leadership and guidance while promoting competence and excellence in care for patients and families across the continuum. The position will assume hospital-wide oversight and serve as an onsite administrative resource after hours. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams are essential. The role involves ensuring patient safety and quality of care during all shifts. Candidates must have the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. A commitment to professional development and continuous improvement is expected.
