Finance Manager – High-Earning Opportunity at Top NY RV Dealership
Location: Churchville, NY|
Compensation: $70,000 – $250,000+ (Performance-Based)

This is not your average finance role. It’s an opportunity to control your income, make an impact, and grow your career in a high-volume dealership where performance is rewarded and leadership has your back. What You’ll Do:
- Secure financing for customers and present protection products with confidence, clarity, and compliance.
- Drive profitability through effective selling of extended service contracts, GAP, and other high-value products.
- Partner with the General Manager and Sales team to deliver a seamless, 5-star purchase and delivery experience.
- Build rapport and trust with every customer — earning repeat business and referrals.
- Communicate with lenders to secure competitive terms.
- Ensure accurate and timely closings on all deals while keeping CSI sky-high.
- A motivated, coachable professional with a strong work ethic and a passion for customer service.
- Experience in sales or finance (RV/automotive preferred — but we’ll train the right attitude).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communicator with a professional appearance and strong closing skills.
- Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Uncapped earnings : Top performers earn $200k+
