Job Summary:

Provide occupational therapy services to patients, helping them improve their ability to perform daily activities and enhance overall function. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop personalized treatment plans and ensure quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess patients physical, emotional, and developmental needs to create individualized therapy plans.
  
  
• 
  Implement therapeutic interventions to restore or improve patient functions.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and their families on treatment goals and techniques.
  
  
• 
  Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  
  
• 
  Maintain compliance with safety standards by wearing photo badges and verifying identification.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate care and ensure best clinical outcomes.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a valid state or federal occupational therapy license or registration.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate experience in delivering occupational therapy services in a clinical setting.
  
  
• 
  Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  
  
• 
  Exhibit proficiency in patient assessment, documentation, and therapeutic techniques.
  
  
• 
  Maintain current CPR/BLS certification.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
