About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, People & Culture to play a pivotal role in the organization's strategic and operational leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive HR and people strategy that aligns with the company's mission and values. This includes overseeing all HR functions, from talent acquisition to performance management, and designing modern, people-centered practices that support a diverse and distributed workforce. The role demands a leader with a deep commitment to the organization's purpose, a strong background in HR leadership, and the ability to build and transform the HR function to meet the needs of a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. Key responsibilities for the Vice President, People & Culture include executive leadership in HR, fostering a culture of transparency, inclusion, and continuous improvement, and leading organizational development strategies. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' of progressive HR leadership experience, a strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle, and expertise in employment law, HR compliance, and sensitive personnel matters. They should be adept at leading cross-functional operating infrastructure work, have experience with PMO and change management, and be capable of managing vendor operations and contract processes. The role requires a leader with high emotional intelligence, strong ethics, and the ability to engage constructively on issues of equity, diversity, and belonging. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a preference for a Master's degree or advanced degree, and relevant professional certifications.
