Smithfield Packaged Meats Corp is seeking a Training Supervisor to lead the On‑the‑Job Training (OJT) department on the plant floor. You will coach onboarding, cross‑train staff, and reinforce best practices to drive safety and performance. You’ll also manage training records, budgets, and resources.
