For new graduates, this TTP program is the start of a comprehensive 6-month residency program to support your transition to practice.Program includes:Formal delivery of fundamental nursing concepts and standards via foundational ENO (Elsevier’s Emergency Nursing Orientation) modules blended with in-person sessions utilizing case studies, gaming, simulation, and skills labsExposure to Sentara policies and evidence-based practice guidelines as recommended by the Emergency Nursing Association (ENA)Hands-on experience in the ED alongside a trained nurse preceptorOpportunity to share your experiences/ networking with peers in a safe, protected environmentA series of virtual professional development sessions with mentoring (optional for experienced nursesWe provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $41.93 - $61.01 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
