This facility is South Florida's premier provider of neonatal services featuring a large Level IV NICU along with coverage of other hospitals in the system. Full-time NNPs rotate to all 3 hospitals (all within about 20-30 minute driving distance of each other) in the healthcare system
The 2 Level III units have 24-hour shifts
The Level IV unit has either 10- or 12-hour day shifts and 12- or 16-hour night shifts
Must have current 2+ years of experience as an NNP (not including RN experience)
Must be NNP Board Certified
FL License required (or willingness to obtain)
Master's Degree (minimum) and/or Doctorate in Nursing required
