IT Security Specialist

Brief Description AgroLiquid is seeking an IT Security Specialist to support and strengthen the security of our systems, infrastructure, and data. This is a fully onsite role based in St. Johns, Michigan. Remote is not available for this position. As a smaller, team-oriented organization, this role requires strong collaboration across departments. Success in this position depends on building relationships, communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical teams, and being present to support day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Oversee system security and access, including user accounts, devices, and network configurations Maintain and monitor security tools such as endpoint protection, IAM systems, and cloud security platforms Respond to security alerts, vulnerabilities, and incidents in a timely manner Support and execute cybersecurity initiatives including risk management, incident response, and system hardening Manage cybersecurity asset inventory, configuration standards, and compliance auditing Lead security awareness training and help build a culture of security across the organization Partner with internal teams and external vendors to support secure operations and ongoing improvements What We Offer We provide a complete compensation package to our employees that supports them from employment to retirement.
