Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and welcoming Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for our organization, providing exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees. This role requires a professional and friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors as soon as they arrive at the office.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
• Manage appointment scheduling and update calendars for various departments.
• Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area to ensure a professional appearance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
