Starbucks Brand Full-Time BaristaAVI Foodsystems at Aultman Hospital is seeking a candidate for a Starbucks Brand Full-Time Barista position. Great starting pay rate of $16.00/hr, Monday-Friday, no nights, weekends or holidays. Experience preferred, will train the right candidate. Positive attitude, teamwork, a desire to succeed, and the ability to get things done are a must.Duties & Responsibilities:Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions and accepting orders and paymentsPreparing foods, such as sandwiches or baked goods, grinding and blending coffee beans, brewing coffee and tea and serving items to customersPackaging food and beverages for saleSelling coffee and tea blends, highlighting the differences between items and educating customers about brewing methodsCleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash and sanitizing equipment and utensilsUpdating signage and displays to attract customersTaking inventory and replenishing items in display cases, at tables or behind the counterWorking in as part of a fun, high-energy teamAdhering to all food safety regulations and quality controlsQualifications:Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodationAvailable to work flexible hours that may include early morning and/or holidays.
